Russian classes at a Warrington primary school have been cancelled. The language, history and dance sessions are run at St Wilfrid’s CE Primary School in Grappenhall on Saturday mornings and have continued in recent weeks.

Forced restaurant to change name

Taste of Russia, a store in the Brighton Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn selling food from the former Soviet Republics, decided to change its name and to get rid of a sign featuring Red Square’s St. Basil’s Cathedral, says co-owner Alena Rakhman.
